What we keep
Your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and languages; what you asked for; your day-by-day plan and payments; and the medical documents uploaded for your visit.
Who can see your medical documents
Only you, your case manager and the medical escort assigned to your visit. The travel agency cannot. Hospitals see a case code, not your identity, unless you are there in person.
Before you book
Medical escorts preparing to take your visit see what kind of care you asked for, your dates and your languages. Travel agencies see only your dates, the number of people, the places you want to see and your languages. Neither sees your name or contact details until you have paid.
How it is stored
On our server in China. Documents are encrypted, and every upload and download is recorded with who and when.
Your choices
Ask your case manager to correct or delete your data at any time. Documents already needed for your treatment may have to be kept by the hospital under Chinese law.
