What Nadizo does
Nadizo coordinates medical visits to China: we plan your days, arrange a medical escort and a licensed travel agency, and stay your single point of contact. Nadizo is not a hospital and does not provide medical treatment. Doctors decide which tests and treatment you need.
Prices
Before you pay, you see a full total. Hospital fees are not part of it: you pay them yourself at the hospital cashier, at the hospital's own list prices, and Nadizo adds nothing to them. Hotel, flights and entrance tickets for optional extras are charged at cost.
Medical escort time
Medical escort is charged for the time booked: a half day (up to 4 hours) or a full day (up to 8 hours), counted from when you meet to when you leave the hospital. If a day runs longer, we send you a top-up afterwards: a half day that goes over 4 hours becomes a full day, and after 8 hours it is $36 for each extra hour or part of one. Nothing is refunded if a day finishes early. The minimum charge is one full day. Extra days added later are charged by a top-up payment.
Cancellation
Counting from your arrival date: 14 days or more before — full refund; 7 to 14 days — the Nadizo service fee is half refunded and everything else fully refunded; less than 7 days — the service fee is not refunded and one half-day each is kept for the medical escort and the travel agency. Flights and hotels already booked follow the airline's and hotel's own rules. If the cancellation is not caused by you (for example the hospital cannot see you), you get a full refund.
Changes during your visit
Extra or fewer days are charged or refunded at the day rates shown in your plan. Extra charges are added only after you agree to them in writing. Refunds are made in one payment after your visit.
Complaints
Complaints go to Nadizo, not to the hospital, the escort or the travel agency. We answer for all of them.
